Sabinas Creek

Four Miles north of Boerne is the relatively new acreage development of Sabinas Creek. Proximity to Boerne and it’s schools, relative affordability and rolling tree-covered hills has contributed to it’s popularity. We have placed this home in the Transitional bucket but it has many architectural features mostly found along the East Coast. Examples are the built-up crown soffits, earth-tone stone veneer with white smear mortar and steep 14 on 12 pitch roofs. The 19’-high window wall provides views of the inside from the outside and vice versa. It displays the second-story black iron landing.

Some of the unique features of the house are: a full Butler’s Pantry with appliances, a built-in sauna and a steep cathedral Great Room ceiling with wood beams. All flooring except the Baths is engineered wood. Inside walls are mostly off-white accented by the wood flooring and black windows and doors and gold plumbing fixtures.
