The Greater San Antonio Homebuilders Association (GSABA) in conjunction with George’s Ranch hosted the 2025 Parade of home in which John Merritt Homes was a featured builder. George’s Ranch is located 8 miles east of Boerne on the south side of State Highway 46. The initial phase will offer 146 lots that are 1 acre for custom homes. The development is rolling hills full of trees. Water is supplied by the city of Boerne, electricity by Pedernales Electric Cooperative (PEC), Sewer is Site Septic. Internet by Guadalupe Valley Telephone Cooperative (GVTC).
