Maggie Merritt McCarthy - Maggie as President oversees planning, design, financing, and manages the field operations. She has degrees in Construction Science and Animal Science from Texas A & M University. Her construction degree trained her on the technical side of construction and she has used her years of field experience to hone her project scheduling and management skills. Maggie’s equestrian training and experience enable her to provide barn design and site development help to Clients with horses. “I take pride in my communications with the Client and feel that by carefully listening I am able to better bring their dreams to reality in their home. It is my goal to always have some work taking place at the job site - to keep the construction process moving forward daily. With our project scheduling we are able to complete our homes months sooner than other builders, thus saving the Client time and money.”
Jason Goss - Jason as project manager oversees the projects in the field daily including contractor supervision and scheduling. He has an Associate of Science degree in Engineering and Design. In His early years after graduating college, he worked in the oil and gas industry engineering and designing production and drilling platforms, with several years of experience working overseas and offshore. After his career in the oil and gas industry he decided to move to the San Antonio area in 2001 to build custom homes in the Texas Hill Country. Since that time, he has been working with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to turn dreams on paper into reality. When he is not building homes he is spending time with his wife, and working on their ranch.
James McCarthy - James as Administration Manager handles bookkeeping, website design and maintenance, and publishing of marketing materials and promotional documents. He has over five years of experience in needs-based customer service and management of accounts, both as a personal banker and bank branch manager. “Bookkeeping is the heartbeat of any business. Maintaining accurate records and data allows clients to stay apprised of their homes construction and make both informed and accurate decisions. ‘There is a place for everything, and everything in its place.’”
